Loved my time here. I got upgraded to a huge room. Attentive staff from there kindness and hospitality and the location was excellent in front of the railway station.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

We had an amazing experience at the View in Lugano. The staff were beyond friendly and truly made us feel special. They went out of their way to personalize our stay, from customizing our room preferences to even packing and unpacking our bags. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed linen was top-notch, and we loved the variety of pillows to choose from. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the breakfast with its organic eggs. We were also thrilled to have the opportunity to use a smart car for exploring the area. our stay at the View exceeded all expectations and left us with unforgettable memories.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning. I couldn't get enough of it. I felt like I was in paradise, surrounded by breathtaking beauty. One morning, I decided to pamper myself with a massage at the spa. The therapist was a bit delayed, but once the massage started, all my stress melted away. It was worth every penny. The room service was excellent. The food was delicious and delivered promptly to my room. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. They had a wide array of fresh vegetable juices and mouthwatering gluten-free desserts. It was a delightful start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel. The amazing view, top-notch service, and delicious food made my stay truly unforgettable.
